Please contact Counselling for People with Disabilities by phone or email. Alternatively, you can visit one of our service points in person. If you already have a designated responsible worker for city-provided disability services, please don't hesitate to seek guidance and advice from them.

Apply for mobility support by filling in the mobility support application form and delivering it to a mobility support social instructor in your residential area.

Once you have received a positive decision on mobility support and a travel card, you can request transport from the Helsinki Transport Service.
